The board heard an update on Evergreen Elementary construction: the presenter reported the project is moving along, with footings poured in most areas, on-site wall prefabbing planned, and early foundations expected to start in August. The presenter said the team has executed three contract amendments to date and that GMP 3, which will encompass the entire project budget, will be presented to the board at the next meeting.
