City Updates: Bridal Lake Playground Open, Roosevelt Collection RFP, Ridge Lake Parking and Public Works Building Concept
Staff reported Bridal Lake Park playground open with a pavilion under construction, an RFP for Ridge Lake Park parking expansion with five proposals received, an RFP due April 2 for Roosevelt Collection site work, and an early concept for a Public Works administration building near Hillcrest.

Staff provided a series of infrastructure updates. Troy said the Bridal Lake Park playground is open (with a forthcoming ribbon-cutting) and crews are grading the pavilion and pond-side terrace seating; shade structures and a graded pavilion are planned to support parental observation. For Ridge Lake Park, the city has advertised an RFP for about 100 additional parking spaces, received five proposals and is evaluating qualified contractors for pervious-paver work; a recommendation may come in April.
