Planning panel recommends conditional approval for Fusco–Heckler lot-line changes
The planning commission recommended conditional approval for a lot-line adjustment affecting three parcels (Fusco, Heckler, RealPro). The change reduces Fusco and Heckler acreage to correct a nonconforming setback and includes a vegetation-waiver and a deferral for road work.

The planning commission recommended conditional approval of a lot-line annexation that reconfigures three parcels known in the presentation as Fusco, Heckler and RealPro. Brian Folk, representing c2c Design Group, told the board the plan "is actually a I call it a lot annexation" and that the Fusco parcel would shrink from 10 acres to about 6.43 acres while the RealPro parcel would grow to roughly 24.5 acres.
