Council approved an agreement with Ray Planning Solutions that will provide assistance on building permits and zoning requirements. The item was presented by Mayor Cheney and approved after motion by Josh Buck and second by Jesse Schmidt, with roll call YES votes from Simmons, Zieg, Schmidt and Buck.
