Staff reports multiple final‑plan submissions; Trails Edge plat expected and water‑share delays noted

Troy Moyes updated the commission that multiple developments have submitted final plans following recent rezonings and preliminary approvals, including Sky Meadows, Craythorne Phases Six and Seven, and the first phase of the Matt Leavitt development. Moyes said many projects are moving into final-plan review and that the Matt Leavitt project requested a modification to remove proposed twin homes while still meeting density requirements.
