Staff showed a city development map highlighting nearly 700-lot and several multi-hundred-lot projects and described a new 'plan PSD' GIS application to track development from pre-application to occupancy and better predict when housing will generate students for school planning.

Mark Garrett walked the board through a Pasco development map that highlights multiple large subdivisions and phases projected to add hundreds of housing lots over multi-year buildouts. He noted one recent submission near Burns/108 showing almost 700 single-family lots and cited additional phases that together could total more than 1,000 lots in the near-term pipeline.
