Kaci Lundgren reviewed the operational budget, which includes fairgrounds stormwater utility fees, and the committee voted to approve and refer the operational budget to the Administration Committee. Supervisor Alan Jaques moved the motion and Supervisor Howard Hendrickson seconded; the motion carried.
