Committee refers $30,000 Development Association funding request to Administration Committee

The Douglas County Land & Development Committee on Aug. 25 approved a $30,000 funding request from the Development Association for the 2027 budget and referred it to the Administration Committee for consideration. Jim Caesar and Jenice Meyer presented background for the request; the committee motion to approve funding was moved by Chair Scott Luostari and seconded by Supervisor Howard Hendrickson. Supervisors Alan Jaques and Charlie Glazman recorded abstentions; Supervisor Mark Liebaert indicated he was voting to make quorum.
