Pleasant Ridge Manor retirement committee unanimously elects 2026 officers
At its Feb. 18, 2026 reorganizational meeting in the Erie County Courthouse, the Pleasant Ridge Manor Employees' Retirement Committee unanimously elected Terry Scutella as chairman, Rock Copeland as vice-chairman and Dr. Kyle W. Foust as secretary.

The Pleasant Ridge Manor Employees' Retirement Committee held its 2026 reorganizational meeting Feb. 18 in Room 114A of the Erie County Courthouse. Karen Chillcott, Erie County Clerk, called the meeting to order at 12:03 PM and took roll call; members Terry Scutella, Rock Copeland, Chris Drexel and Dr. Kyle W. Foust were present.
