Commissioners closed the work session by asking staff to prepare concrete next steps so the county can more quickly evaluate private-operator options. One commissioner recommended commissioners "set up what those lease terms would be so you all can go and take those lease terms to different companies," and another asked for a short RFP or one-page document specifying the county's expectations.
