The Henry County Board of Commissioners opened its May 27 meeting by asking commissioners to review and approve prior meeting minutes, claims, payroll and the clerk's April 2026 report. Each item was moved, seconded and approved by voice vote; the chair recorded the outcome each time with the phrase "Motion carries."
