The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality on Sept. 9 granted contested‑case hearing requests related to Enbridge Ingleside Oil Terminal LLC's application to amend air quality permits and issued a referral to the State Office of Administrative Hearings for a contested hearing. The commission identified the Coastal Watch Association and several named individuals as affected persons and set a hearing duration of 180 days.
