Council members briefly discussed a proposal from Everest to install a cell tower in Perry and decided not to pursue the opportunity. On a motion by Councilmember Kamal Ghazi, seconded by Mike Connell, the council "reject[ed] the offer from Everest and not pursue negotiations."
