Larimer County staff update TDR packet; commissioners praise program

Planning Manager Jenny Oxmacher told the board the hearing packet had been updated with additional information for consent agenda item 4, the Transfer of Development Rights (TDR) program, including two added findings addressing consistency with the comprehensive plan and the intent and purpose of the land use code. "the hearing packet today was updated with additional information related to item number 4 on the consent agenda, the transfer of development rights program," she said, and added that the adjustments reflect earlier discussions and do not materially change the proposed program.
