DPW rep reports road work, hydrant flushing and meter updates affecting Camp Frances users

Anissa Buiskool, the City of Charlotte DPW representative, updated the board on municipal work and community events that could affect Camp Frances operations. She noted the 55th Frontier Days celebration is scheduled for the coming weekend and that construction on Business Loop 69 and Cochran will occur from Sept. 14 through November. Hydrant flushing is planned for Sept. 21–22, and the city is updating water meters to allow electronic readings rather than door-to-door reads.
