Staff told the council that Susan McCaffey is seeking a special-use permit to operate a bed-and-breakfast at her home on Wasfury Road; under the town code a bed-and-breakfast is a short-term rental where the owner resides in the home. The planning commission recommended the permit unanimously and accepted the proposed conditions.
