Council tables planning-commission appointments after debate over appointing council member
Three applicants were under consideration for the planning commission, including a present applicant and Jeremy Cowart (Rosie's Comics). At the meeting staff said three applications were before council for the planning commission: one applicant present tonight, Miss Wheaton (a current council member), and Jeremy Cowart, who owns Rosie's Comics. Sandra Kirk Rogers introduced herself earlier as an applicant and described her volunteer work and long-term residency.
