Under old business the committee reviewed draft procedures intended to implement the Protect Act provisions on third‑party access to student records and directory information. Members pressed for clarity on whether the proposed procedures are consistent with state regulation (CMR) and with the district’s existing memorandum of understanding (MOU) for student resource officers.
