Trustees reported that a volunteer stump grinder failed during recent work at Sugar Creek and left stumps and roots that require commercial equipment. "Unfortunately, the stump grinder that we have, I couldn't get it to run," S1 said, and the board agreed to hire a contractor to finish stump removal.
