Students showcase CTE wildland fire science pathway; district cites 21 Type 2 certifications
Students in Central Point SD 6 described an expanded CTE Wildland Fire Science pathway, hands-on training and a roughly $30,000 grant that purchased vests and equipment; staff said 21 of 34 students earned Type 2 certifications this year.
