Committee members discussed options for controlling a large poison-ivy patch at Woodland Ridge and, given budget constraints, favored a low-cost trial using repurposed pool tarps. Staff cautioned that any herbicidal treatment would need to be performed by a professional on town property, but suggested tarps could be a low-cost stopgap to show action and reduce immediate exposure.
