PlaceWorks outlines Hesperia development code update, schedule and outreach

PlaceWorks senior associate Corey Witter told the Hesperia Planning Commission the city is pursuing a development code update to implement the recently adopted general plan and to incorporate recent state law changes. "Our objective for tonight really is just to introduce the commission and community to the development code update effort," Witter said, adding the team expects the effort to be a "nip tuck" rather than a full rewrite.
