Trustees voted to approve a three‑year managed IT services agreement with Hyper IT Services LLC, effective Oct. 1, 2026. Gavin, the village administrator, said the RFP process produced eight proposals and staff recommended Hyper IT as the lowest responsive proposer that also met police department CJIS and cybersecurity requirements; the contract includes annual penetration testing.
