At the March 9 meeting, the Quorum Court adopted Ordinance O-26-04, another amendment to the 2026 Garfield County budget ordinance (0-25-25) to anticipate revenues and transfer funds in various budgets. Justice Jeremy Brown moved adoption; Justice Thomas Anderson seconded. The court's roll call vote was unanimous (13–0).
