The Board of Pottawatomie County Commissioners authorized going out for bids on the Elm Slough Road right-of-way project on Aug. 31, 2026. Commissioner Gary Yenzer moved the bid authorization and Commissioner Bill Drew seconded; the motion passed 4-1, with Commissioner Merl Page the lone dissenting vote.
