Neighbors press developers over property lines and blasting at Saddlewood hearing
Two residents told the planning commission they face unmarked property lines and daily blasting from nearby Del Webb construction; staff said developers will replace fences and that surveys and utility commitments will be required before disturbance.

During public comment on the Saddlewood rezoning, Carolyn Carlson told the commission her property line adjoining the development is not adequately marked and that a year‑old attempt to have the parcel surveyed was blocked because the area was in a Del Webb blasting zone. "I have a property line that adjoins the Saddlewood development, and at this time, that property line is not adequately marked," Carlson said.
