Pasta-making classes expand after successful trial; June class full, extra session added
A trial pasta-making class on May 31 tested efficiencies and supplies; the June 14 class is full and a second session was added for July 12. Alice Gilliiland will lead classes with support from Shelley Germain and other committee members.

The Community Center Committee reported that a trial pasta-making class on May 31 helped the group refine supplies and processes. Committee members who assisted said the trial went smoothly and informed the schedule for additional classes.
