Steve McCarthy said he edited an assessing-software Request for Proposals (RFP) that had been created by Chair Kevin Rudden and Town Administrator Mr. Marsette. Mr. Marsette advertised the edited RFP and Assistant to the Assessor Amy Hatch Davidson sent it to CAMA providers listed on the Department of Revenue Gateway. Mr. McCarthy, the board and staff discussed the technical complexity of an assessing software conversion.
