The Warrick County board approved the Grasslands at Turpin Hill Phase 2 subdivision, accepting staff findings that the parcel is reclaimed mine ground with no new development proposed and no drainage work required.

Mr. Moore, the presenter for the applicant, told the board the Grasslands at Turpin Hill Phase 2 parcel is reclaimed mine ground and "there's no new development plan or anything like that." He pointed to the exhibit showing the site near Lynnville, Melvorville and the Booneville Country Club.
