Staff presented proposed changes to the winter parking ordinance — a villagewide ban on street parking from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. between Nov. 1 and March 31, plus alternating-day daytime parking restrictions in specific problem streets to allow plow access. "We'd be looking to modify our winter parking regulations to be no parking from 2AM to 7AM on all village streets," the presenter said, describing the comparable policy used by neighboring jurisdictions.
