Councilor Doug Blumer told the board that the Planning Board approved the Fowler Road subdivision and that the planning process has begun for two other subdivisions on separate properties. He said apartments on Route 5 remain in process and that a proposed wedding venue on Route 5 is also moving through approvals; a temporary certificate of occupancy has been discussed but no decision was reached.
