Board approves engineering contracts and authorizes sheriff's victim grant application

Staff reported and the board approved a set of agency-level contract awards and grant authorizations. The engineer recommended awarding KT Holding Construction the design-build Shoning Road project not to exceed $2,274,458 and awarding Reckon Baller Excavating Company Inc. contract work for bridge replacements at $858,481.10; both awards were presented as effective June 25.
