Stacy Bailey of the Butler County finance department reviewed two purchase-order change orders: "Job and Family Services has an increase of $53,000 to increase the purchase order to $111,000 for Valley Transport," and the commissioners' office has a $65,000 increase to a purchase order for reimbursement of performance bonds, she said.
