At its April 23 session the Allen County Board of Commissioners approved the consent agenda (Resolution #319-26 travel expenses; #320-26 supplemental appropriation for CSEA Fund 4023; #311-26A warrant of transfer to CSEA Building Fund 4023; #324-26 intradepartmental transfers) and took several separate actions: it declined to request a hearing on a liquor-license matter for Vorhees, LLC; approved Resolution #322-26 accepting a 15-year sanitary sewer replacement easement from the State of Ohio; approved Resolution #323-26 accepting the FY2025 Emergency Management Performance Grant; approved Resolution #325-26 annexing ~9.220 acres to the City of Delphos; and later approved Resolution #326-26 and Resolution #321-26 awarding the CSEA building contract to Muhlenkamp Building Corporation for $1,934,089.00.
