The Allen County Board of Commissioners on April 23 approved a supplemental appropriation for the Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) Facility Fund 4027 and awarded the construction contract for the new CSEA building to Muhlenkamp Building Corporation for $1,934,089.00.
