The St. Helens City Council voted to adopt Resolution No. 2099, authorizing a transfer of appropriations for fiscal year 2026–27 to address a shortfall in the visitor and tourism fund. Councilor Gunderson moved the resolution and the motion was seconded; roll call resulted in the motion carrying.
