Copp Engineering asked the Planning Commission to withdraw a final plat for 12034 Old Dayton Pike pending a sewer extension; the commission approved the withdrawal unanimously.

Dustin Hall, an engineer with Copp Engineering, asked the Soddy-Daisy Municipal Planning Commission to withdraw the final plat for 12034 Old Dayton Pike (Pike Place 2, Lots 22–25), saying the parcel cannot proceed until a sewer line is extended. "Requested the plat be withdrawn at this time pending extension of the sewer line," Hall said.
