The Tama County Board of Supervisors voted to approve and authorize the chair to sign a three-year engineering services contract for Jordan Primus, with a proposed start date of Oct. 5, 2026. The Chair explained the three-year term is permissible under state law and that the contract includes 90-day exit provisions for both parties if either needs to terminate earlier.
