Arlington reports permitting rollout; dashboard and complaints data to be published
County staff said the towing-permit system launched last fall now covers seven permitted companies and staff will publish a towing complaints dashboard and consolidated web pages by late September. Pilco reported detailed tow and complaint counts for 2025 and through July 31, 2026.

Arlington County staff told the Trespass Towing Advisory Board that the permitting system has been fully implemented and that seven companies have been issued permits after meeting insurance, licensing and storage-inspection requirements.
