City Manager Bill told the council that remaining tasks for the ODOT TGM concept planning grant — principally public outreach, community committees and technical deliverables — will require roughly 11–12 months to complete, putting pressure on the project schedule to meet June 30, 2026 funding/delivery requirements. "It will take just under a year to get everything done within a reasonable time frame," he said, urging the council and planning commission to begin work promptly and consider interim checkpoints.
