The council convened in executive session under Texas Government Code §551.087 to deliberate incentives and commercial or financial information for several economic development prospects. The agenda identified five projects (Blue Fire, Black Hawk, Catalyst, Hornet and Red Maple). After returning to open session, the council took action on Project Catalyst and approved the project by motion.
