The Commission closed the hearing by asking presenters to submit the written 11‑page ponencia (if not provided), studies referenced during testimony, and links to published environmental and technical reports within days to support committee review. The Chair and members said the materials will help determine site selection, pilot scope and cost comparisons between repairing distribution losses and building desalination capacity.
