The River Ridge Community Development District reviewed a revised Long Range Plan that keeps monument replacement estimates at about $250,000 and places gatehouse renovation costs at $615,775 for fiscal year 2026 and $407,240 for fiscal year 2027. Mr. Long said permitting will proceed through the Village of Estero and that the gatehouse project will be subject to sealed-bid thresholds.
