River Ridge CDD approves $1.11 million drainage improvement contract
The board approved a not-to-exceed $1,111,860 contract with Clark Construction and added an extra 5% contingency to cover unknowns; an Oak Run HOA option to connect roof drains was included as a lower-cost alternative at $197,201.47.

The River Ridge Community Development District on April 28 approved a not-to-exceed $1,111,860 contract with The Clark Construction Group, Inc. for four phases of stormwater management work covering Oak Run, Turnberry, Palmetto Dunes and Seaside IV. The motion was made by Mr. Blumenthal, seconded by Mr. Mountford and carried unanimously.
