Donora Borough Council voted 4–3 to appoint Roderick Wilson to the Mid Mon Valley Transit Authority to finish the remainder of a five‑year term through Dec. 31, 2028. The motion to appoint was made by Ms. Kitchens and seconded by Mrs. Pavelko; Mr. Bizzell-Boyer and Mr. Perrotta were among three dissenting votes.
