The Augusta City Council approved an engineering services agreement with JEO for the Redbud Trail levee crossing and Lulu Street connection, a package staff said is driven largely by permitting, flood‑plain and ADA compliance requirements. The lump sum for the scope of services was presented as $62,500 and council approved the contract.
