A participant told the group that "03:00 meetings are not gonna work for me during the school year," prompting the Chair and others to discuss scheduling alternatives and the timing of the town meeting. The Chair said the town meeting is next year and referenced that an earlier meeting decision about a voting machine had occurred in January.
