The Franklin County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Resolution 2026-289 to renew a Gardify software license used by the prosecuting attorney's office for child forensic interviews. Jeff Briggs, chief civil deputy prosecuting attorney, told the board Gardify "encrypt[s] the interviews themselves" and provides a means to share video interview files securely with authorized parties, rather than sending sensitive recordings through email.
