Planning staff recommended acceptance of a decommissioning bond tied to the Dixie Water LLC solar facility (USR26-0002) to cover the facility’s removal and associated costs. Angela Snyder of the Department of Planning Services told commissioners the bond is intended to ensure the site can be decommissioned at the end of the facility’s life.
