Public works presented plans to advance Seafarers Park Viewpoint erosion-control work and asked the commission to authorize staff to issue a request for qualifications for design and permitting. Staff said "The work, I think it was scheduled in the packet for 2027 for the work window, which is, I believe, starting around November," and noted the project requires careful permitting given a one-month in-water window.
